The Challenge
Pet owners are notoriously very precious and particular about who gets to look after their pets – with good reason! A complete website overhaul offered the chance to focus on the simplicity of earning customer trust.
Brief Execution
Providing visitors to the website with all the information they needed to feel comfortable with the Dandy Dogs service was eloquently achieved by including an extensive FAQ section. Trust was further won over by featuring the staff and including their love of dogs. Brand recognition was bolstered through the use of a purple and green colour combination that matches the Dandy Dogs logo design.
Result
A playful aesthetic using a combination of pet photography, staff portraits, graphic iconography, and clearly articulated instructions and information all serve to make this website a delight to engage with.
